Current Rhythms

Thursday, September 9, 5:30-6:30pm, $15

Inspired by this year’s Fungus Festival, we’ll invite “Lila”, that playfulness into our practice with music, chanting, and asana (postures) all centered around freeing us from the endless distractions of the kleshas - fear, pride, desire, and ignorance. Bliss out through pranayama (breath) practices, cleansing kriyas, and chakra balancing postures incorporating the bija mantras.
